They’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Med Health One’s TelaDoc members can usually speak directly to a physician within 30-40 minutes, but always within 3 hours of their incoming call. The doctor diagnoses the problem and, if appropriate, phones in prescription to the member's pharmacy of choice. All for a flat, discounted fee of only $35 that is paid at the time of service, credit cards accepted.  No waiting rooms.  No emergency rooms.
