Is Med Health One health insurance?
No, we offer members huge discounted rates on all their healthcare needs. Since
Med Health One is not health insurance, you are responsible for all healthcare
fees incurred and you must make payments at the time of service.
How much will I save?
As a Med Health One member, you can expect to save between 10-60% instantly on
any visit to a health provider in the Med Health One network. Savings vary
based on the service you have selected and the state that you are in.
How do I receive my discounts?
Simply choose a health provider within the Med Health One affiliated provider
networks. When you appear for your appointment, present your Med Health One
membership card. You will immediately receive your discount when you pay for
your services. There is no paperwork to deal with.
Is there a deductible?
No. Unlike health insurance, there are no deductibles. You receive the
discounted rate and pay the provider directly at the time of service.
Are there any Age or Health restrictions?
No. Med Health One is not health insurance so anyone can join regardless of age or
health conditions.
Is there a waiting period before I can use my healthcare discount card?
No. Once you receive your Med Health One membership package you will be ready to begin
saving. However, the Accident Insurance portion of this program does have a 30 day waiting
period which begins the day you sign up!
Is my family covered by my Med Health One membership?
Yes. With the TMA PLUS Family Plan, any member in your household can use your
Med Health One membership as long as they are considered a dependent or spouse
under IRS guidelines.
Do I pay the provider at time of service?
Yes. All payments are due at time of service, unless you have made other arrangements with your
healthcare provider.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel any time and for any reason, there are no long term contracts or obligations
simply contact Member Services and with that your membership will be terminated immediately.
Is there co-pay when I visit a provider?
No. Med Health One is not health insurance so you only pay the discounted rate for the provider
services, at the time of service.
How do I obtain a list of providers that are in the network?
Med Health One members receive a list of local providers in each of its affiliated networks
in their member package. For additional providers, call the affiliated network at the toll-free
